I didn't know North Carolina played an integrated Camp Lee team in 1945. The 1930s NYU team they played in New York was integrated, but I've yet to find evidence that NYU had African-American players on the sidelines when they played in Chapel Hill.
To my surprise Fort Gregg-Adams still has a football field.
