We interrupt our normally-scheduled Tidbit to announce that today is a happy one in the Football Archaeologist family as it witnessed the birth of the first grand Football Archaeologist.

To celebrate all children, here are a few vintage images of football kids.

TCU mascot (1914 TCU yearbook)
(1915 Vanderbilt yearbook)
This kid watched THE team lose a game. (1920 Ohio State yearbook)

I will do my best to find appropriate images to announce the birth of each of the many expected future grand Football Archaeologists.
