I was a GA at Colgate in the early 80s and was driving a university car. Exchanged film with a Temple GA in Wilkes-Barre of some such and was returning home when a constable in Binghamton collared me. Was only going ten or fifteen over the limit. The ticket was not reimbursed and ate about 10% of my season pay.
