What are the stadiums pictured in the catalog? I couldn't enlarge to read the accompanying text. I wish I could remember the equipment at my high-school better. It was from the 1950s and not all that different from this much older catalog. Fun history!

The upper deck came in 1925 and was not completed at the time the catalog went to press. The second stadium is Soldier Field, which opened in 1924. The image is an architect's rendering. It never had the obelisk.
The team on offense could use the ball of its choice starting in 1973 -confirmed using the rule books. The NFL did not change until 2006, under what became know as the Manning-Brady Rule.
